Processing & Delivery Times:

Processing Time: It takes our team 2-3 working days to carefully prepare and dispatch your order. Orders placed after Friday afternoon or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 5 to 8 working days in the UK and Ireland.

Order Tracking & Support
You should always know where your package is. You can easily track your order via our Track & Trace page. Tracking information is usually available 1-2 days after your order is placed.

Lost or Undelivered Packages: Your peace of mind is our top priority. If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at support@senselle.uk. After we verify the issue with the logistics company, we will send a new package to you as quickly as possible.

Address & Cancellations: Address changes are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled prior to delivery as all orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time shipping.

International Deliveries: International deliveries may occasionally take longer due to customs or courier delays. The good news? Senselle covers all import duties and taxes, so you won't be charged any extra fees upon delivery.
