Exchanges & Returns
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note that unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.
How does the return work?
- Please inform us within 30 days of receiving your order via email help@senselle.uk
- You will then receive our return form by email
- You take the packaged shipment with the return form to the nearest carrier branch and then receive a receipt for your return
- We will receive notification of your return and will refund the invoice amount as soon as possible after receipt of the return.
- Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled before delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.
NOTE:
For items on sale, Senselle does not provide refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit.
For 1+1 deals, both items must be returned together. We cannot provide a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned. However, items in the 1+1 deal can be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same product. In case you only want to exchange one of the items, please only return the one that you want to exchange and keep the other one.
Please note that unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from.
After receiving your order, you have the option to register a return within 30 days.
Unfortunately, it may happen that your product is damaged in transit or that an incorrect product is delivered. We will always send you a new package free of charge the first time, but unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Will it arrive defective the second time? We will then refund you the full purchase amount.
The refund is usually made using the original payment method used. After receiving your return in our warehouse we process it within 10 working days. On your track and trace that you receive with your return shipment, you can see when the package has arrived at our warehouse. From then on the 10 working days start. After the refund has been made, you will receive a message about it. Please note that it can take up to 3 days before the refund is visible on your bank.
** ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
