How to return your order?

Step 1: Open a ticket here or contact us at support@senselle.uk.

We will send you the return label.

Step 2: Ship Your Package

Once you receive return instructions, send your item to the address provided. If you ship with your own return label, please use a shipping method with tracking to ensure the item arrives safely.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund

Once we receive you return in its original condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Important Notes

Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all labels and tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. Returns are on your own cost depending on the courier and the country you return your package from. 

All returns must be sent to our return's warehouse in Europe.

If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange it for a different size at no extra cost.
